Returns Policy
Gnarly Skater wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may return new unopened products within the first 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange. Refunds will be applied to your original form of payment, less any shipping and restocking fees.
If the return is an error on our part, we will gladly pay for the return shipping and provide you with a shipping label. On all other returns, shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. All items should be returned in the ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER packaging, and in NEW condition. Any items returned that was not our error may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $99.99 and only $9.99 flat rate shipping for everything else. We are only shipping to the Contiguous 48 States at this time.
Here at Gnarly Skater...we do everything we can to get your package to you as quickly as possible.
Orders will be processed the same day if placed by 12 PM PST (M-F) and usually ship within 1-2 business days.
You will be sent an order confirmation email once the item ships with the carrier and tracking number.
All orders are sent during business days which is Monday thru Friday. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday. If you order during the weekend your order will be processed on Monday.
Most items are sent through Fedex, UPS, and USPS. If your item is oversized it will have to go freight which will take longer then normal ground.
In order to get you your products as quickly as possible, often multiple items will ship in multiple packages.
Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. We can start a damage claim on the part and re ship the item to you. Please contact us at support@gnarlyskater.com.
